- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 4 - 6 oz ramekins with butter or cooking spray.
- Combine the oats, eggs, bananas, salt, baking powder, roughly chopped apple, vanilla, apple pie spice, and maple syrup in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Fold in the finely diced apples.
- Pour batter into the prepared ramekins (divided equally).
- Bake for 25- 30 minutes, or until a toothpick poked into the centre comes out almost clean.
- Serve warm with powdered sugar or maple syrup.
Notes:
Make Ahead
After baking, cool completely and wrap with cling film. Freeze for up to 3 months or refrigerate for up to 5 days.
This is great for toddlers and kids!
*If you are serving this to kids under two, feel free to omit the maple syrup. Cut into cubes, this is a great snack for baby-led weaning parents.
