Apple Raisin Oatmeal Cookies
These super healthy oatmeal cookies will satisfy your cookie cravings while being guilt-free. These cookies are soft, chewy and slightly sweet, only using natural ingredients. These oatmeal cookies are sugar & gluten free but pack a wonderful flavour and are great for adults and kids alike.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Combine the oats, spices, chia seeds & baking powder in a small bowl.
- Stir together the bananas, egg and apple until thoroughly mixed.
- Mix the wet ingredients into the dry, add the raisins.
- Using a 2 oz scoop, scoop 8 cookies per tray a few inches apart. Flatten them slightly with a wet palm or spoon.
- Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before snacking.
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week, or freeze up to 3 months.
