- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss the diced rutabaga with the olive oil, honey, Za'atar, honey, salt & pepper. Make sure turnips are well coated.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring at the half-way mark, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot as a side dish to roast chicken, roast beef or lamb.
